I like that you can use this website to find out what your options are with insurance companies. It's very easy to navigate through as well! The only thing is there aren't many choices in certain states. However, once we figured it all out, things went smoothly. There was nothing really bad about it. Just some minor hiccups here or there. Overall great experience so far - haven't had any issues yet. Trying to figure our healthcare needs before deciding which plan will benefit us best. I like that we have this option to see if my insurance will cover it! It makes finding out much easier than some other plans. Not enough choice of providers in our area but overall service has been great! Easy login process which means less time spent logging onto different websites so far so good. They also provide information about how long procedures take at clinics nearby as well as average wait times once you decide where your treatment is going to be done.
