I like how easy it is for me to use as well as its ability to process multiple files at once. It's also very flexible when it comes to customizing your workflow. The fact that there are so many different ways you can customize this software makes it hard sometimes to figure out what will work best with my specific needs. This has nothing to do with exb but rather the way that some programs handle large amounts of information.
