I am 5'3" and 230 lbs, carrying most of my weight in my gut and rear assets. I bought an XXL.I could probably go down to XL, though, as the dress flows well, and the waist has good elasticity. It does fall to my knees, so I'll probably wear something underneath, as my, er, assets tend to cause things to rise. It's super light, the sheer sleeves were comfortable and roomy. I would definitely recommend this dress if you're looking for something nicer than a casual dress for a date night or more formal business event.
