Recently, I made a few purchases from SEOULSTORY7, and I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the entire process. To begin, the standard of the clothing was below average, and the substance had an unpleasant and low-priced feel to it. In addition, the stitching on some of the items was sloppy and gave the impression that it would fall apart after just one cleaning. In addition, the assistance that I was provided with was in no way up to my standards. The representatives who were helping me with my purchase were both unhelpful and unprofessional, and I had a few questions about my order. They didn't provide any solutions or answers to my inquiries, and it seemed like they weren't interested in my concerns at all. In addition, the shipping took significantly longer than anticipated, and the things I ordered arrived visibly damaged due to inadequate packaging. I made several attempts to get in touch with the business in order to resolve the issue, but I did not receive a response. From a shopping perspective, I do not encourage going to SEOULSTORY7. It was an exasperating and unsatisfying experience overall due to the low quality of the clothing, the unhelpful nature of the customer service, and the slow shipping. You can save both time and money by shopping somewhere else.
