Review on AQUAGE by James Edwards

I recently attempted ordering hair care products from AQUAGE's online store, and I have to admit that I was extremely dissatisfied with the results. Although their goods are of a high caliber, their online store is far from satisfactory. It took me a lot longer than it should have to finish my purchase because the checkout procedure was cumbersome and difficult to understand. After placing my purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I wasn't sure if it had actually been processed. Even worse, when my package did eventually arrive, one of the items was broken and useless. I attempted to call customer service, but there was a long delay in responses, and the agent I spoke with was not very helpful. Overall, my encounter with AQUAGE's web store was very bad. Although they may have high-quality products, dealing with their online shop is not worth the hassle and frustration. If you need hair care, I advise going elsewhere.
