I like that it allows me to make changes as needed, without having to go through an engineer for every change we need made (which is what happens if you don't have your own in house network manager). Also being able to use all of our existing servers' configurations makes things easier than with other vendors products where there's always some unknown piece missing from their product or another vendor's solution required that they weren't willing/able to provide. It has been difficult at times finding someone who can answer questions about how best to configure this software because sometimes answers are not provided by people knowledgeable enough to know - even though documentation online may say otherwise! Having said that, once one does find those experts online, it becomes much simpler to figure out exactly which settings work well together.
