Avoid AKNES at all costs; their service and goods are terrible.
It was a mistake to do business with AKNES. When I contacted customer service about the damage to my Nintendo Switch, I received no response and no assistance. It was like trying to reason with a stone wall. My wallet took a serious hit because I had to buy a new Switch from a different company. AKNES's attachments were already subpar, but they broke after after a week of use. The quality of their products was terrible, and the absence of customer service was even worse. If you're seeking for trustworthy and dependable gaming products, look elsewhere than AKNES. Avoid unnecessary difficulty by switching to a different provider.
