I recently bought some clothing from Beautifulfashionlife, and I was very dissatisfied with the quality. After just one cleaning, the low-quality fabric started to fall apart. A rude and unhelpful answer was given when I contacted customer service. Even though the goods were subpar, they wouldn't accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, the measurement was totally incorrect. Using the size chart on their website as my guide, I purchased a medium, but the clothing was much too small. They refused to let me exchange for a bigger size when I requested it, citing "company policy." It's unacceptable for a business that focuses on clothing to have such rigid rules. I had a terrible overall encounter with Beautifulfashionlife.com. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone. A very frustrating and disappointing purchasing experience is created by the subpar clothing quality and the appalling customer service. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
