Extremely Useful Tool
I learned of this tool from my physical therapist. I've had a full hip replacement and suffer from many painful knots in the muscle, as well as painful scar tissue. This tool rolls out the knots very nicely which helps to relieve the pain. It also comes in a very nice protective pouch.
- Portable and easy to carry for on-the-go use
- The tool may be difficult to use on certain angles or positions
