Review on ๐Ÿงบ Enhanced Basketry Tool Kit by Commonwealth Basket by Carla Anderson

Good for the price

This is good for those just starting out in basket weaving. They are not of the highest quality but are good enough for people who don't do much basket weaving or for those who are just starting out. The dipstick is plastic and looks like it should be the right size. The cutters are good, but you can tell right away that they're cheaply made. They are good for cutting flat reeds and small round reeds. If you want to cut a thicker sheet, it's not very good. Wire cutters are good for cutting off loose strands of split tubing. Silo does a great job. It's small enough to fit into tight spaces, allowing you to braid your ends very nicely. It's metal and seems to last a long time. The woven pusher is good too. It has a wide end on one side and a narrow end on the other. This makes it easy to get a good tight weave. This is a light wood so it is not heavy in the hand when weaving. So far I've been happy with this tool set. It worked fine for me, but if you plan on doing a lot of weaving I would recommend getting better cane cutters. I would recommend this for beginners and those not planning to weave much. So far I've been happy with this tool set.
