Review on OOCOME by Ricky Khan

I recently ordered domestic goods and medical supplies from OOCOME, and I was quite dissatisfied with the service. To begin with, their website was challenging to use and the purchase process was time-consuming. Second, their products were of poor quality. A mobility aid I used twice had to be returned because it broke after only a few weeks of use. And let's not even begin to discuss their customer service. It was hardly there at all! I spent hours on hold without ever getting to speak to a representative. I ultimately had to give up on trying to receive a refund. I wouldn't advise anyone to use OOCOME. Avoid the inconvenience by shopping somewhere else.
