I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Just a helper. I make dough for myself and my mom. Proteins, cream whipped perfectly! The biscuit is gorgeous without separating the whites and yolks! I made Easter cakes the fattest, only on cream and butter. Previously, I could not knead it well with my hands, I thought that it should be so when fat was released during baking! But! This year I kneaded it in the car, it's a miracle - not a drop of fat under the Easter cakes! I just leave the yeast dough to rise in the bowl itself after kneading. I bought nozzles for dough sheeting and cutting noodles, although there is a mechanical noodle cutter. Now she is gathering dust, and her husband is happy, I do everything without his help. I didn’t really like the meat grinder nozzle, it seemed that it wrinkled more. Although for small volumes and onions will do. Either a knife, or something else . but for large volumes I have a stationary one. I want to buy an auger juicer now, if there are discounts. The functionality has not yet been used and by 20%. I wanted to upload a video, but for some reason it only gives a photo. Using 1 year, I'm satisfied. If it’s very expensive for someone, you can buy a simpler one, the main thing is if you knead the dough so that the power is high, since, for example, very steep dough is kneaded for noodles.
