I work in power generation and wanted to control all loads and production in my pool house. After a month of installation I'm still running loads like my pool pump twice a day which are identifiable as 'other' meaning you can't track those loads until the identification in terms of is complete. There are no load self-identification tools, and I have seen Sense misidentify a similar load on my panel and group its power consumption with another device. Not ideal if you're trying to get accurate information about how your device is being used. To date, my sense box has only identified four loads and groups any unidentified loads as "other" with no way of tracking the loads or separating them or linking them to the correct device. I have 22 devices in my building that use electricity and after a month Sense identified its smart devices only four (4/22). I am not happy with my purchase and Sense support has convinced me that it will get better with time. . Cons If it doesn't work, return it while you can. Too late for me I bought them bsgetti
