Lightweight mod to increase ground clearance

I just installed this on my Forest River/Cherokee Wolf Pup 16BHS. It was easy, this is a 2 beer max project. I painted each step as clearly as possible - it took me about two hours. Installation:- Jack up trailer under axle, jack up on jack (NO stabilizers on wolf pup, stabilizers cannot support trailer- remove wheels- unscrew U-bolts on both sides and remove bottom plate (4 nuts on each side) - remove the two Nuts on the rear leaf spring bracket - leave the bolts in and support the spring - support the axle and remove the plate on the rear leaf spring, then lower the leaf - pivot the axle around the leaf spring, set the Reinstall leaf spring - place the perch from this kit on top of the axle - insert the U-bolts and plates holding the axle to the underside of the leaf spring - tighten slightly but not fully, repeat the process other side - BE EXTRA CAREFUL on the brake line side - align the bolts and measure that they are aligned, then tighten Torque them to specification - tighten everything, mount the wheels, put the trailer back on the ground - check the brakes to the feature I welded the threads to the bar to make sure they didn't f and then sprayed. The parts are not painted and will rust if you don't paint them. Hope this helps someone else with a wolf pup or similar small camper. wooow
