Review on Ambit by Justin Spoja

The best part of this software was its ability to interact in real time by talking through our website and making it more interactive for us as well as our clients. There were times when we would have liked some improvement like being able to send an email instead of having to call them back again but at least they are working towards improving their product so I'm sure there will be improvements soon! We used Ambient Commerce Solutions to help build out our customer service team. They helped create our own virtual agent which allowed us to use all aspects of conversational commerce (CC) including live chats, emails, phone calls etc without needing additional agents.
