Verify heating surface size!
We were thinking the heating surface was larger than it actually is. We ordered based on the pans size, not realizing the heating surface was smaller. I hope it holds up over time. It does make a good pancake.
- Nice low outside edge, easy to clean, heats great on our Induction Cooktop.
- May require additional oil for cooking
