Although we live in a nice quiet area, there are several surveillance cameras around our house. So I am familiar with CCTV cameras and I have high hopes to buy a new camera. This little gem did not disappoint! It is small and can be easily moved from one area to another if desired. You can also rotate it if you like. The video is clear and the sound is great! I made a video of my little dog Zoe searching the pool for ducks for demonstration purposes as it wasn't busy in front of our house! I especially love that this camera is battery operated and wireless! The battery is easily charged using the standard USB cable that comes with the camera. The battery seems to last a long time. I watched and recorded quite a lot of videos and the battery is still strong on the first charge. To save a video, simply insert a video storage flash drive. The Adorcam app is easy to use and manages your camera very well. You can open the app and tap the camera to quickly see what's happening wherever you are. Then you can view the area, record, photograph, share, listen or speak in real time. You can also watch automatically recorded videos. This is one of the best cameras I know. We don't need cameras outside of our home anymore, so I use them in our family room. Not only does it give us a video when someone walks into our house uninvited, but it also allows us to follow Zoe's activities when we're not home! I can talk to her too so it works just like those expensive dog monitors advertised on Facebook! Two applications for the price of one! I got this camera for free for my honest review but I'm thinking about buying another part of our house. It is so good!
