Are you looking for a disastrous internet buying experience? DVKNM is the only place to go! This website is a perfect illustration of how to run an internet store incorrectly. The design of their website is a disgrace, to start. Finding what you're looking for is next to impossible due to the clutter and confusion. And when you can locate a product, the pricing is inconsistent, making you worry if you are being overcharged. The big shocker, though, is their pretended "customer service." It's a total joke! They are everything but "knowledgeable professionals," and their notion of "support" is to ignore your questions and keep you in the dark. It's a nightmare trying to obtain a refund or exchange, so good luck with that. I recently had the misfortune to buy something from DVKNM, and the entire experience was awful. The merchandise I received was of awful quality, and when I tried to contact their customer service department for assistance, all I got in return was bewilderment and frustration. Avoid DVKNM like the plague to save yourself the trouble. There are plenty other online retailers available, many of which offer superior goods and genuine customer support. Avoid dealing with this joke of a company.
