I had to take a chance and go with another service. It was a big decision, but after doing research and reading many reviews of other services I decided to go with Impact Telecommuications. Within 24 hours I got an email confirming that my account had been activated and asking me if I could confirm that I would like to receive invoices for billing purposes. After receiving my invoice I had a choice to either pay the entire amount immediately or set up a payment plan. I opted for the latter, because I was not ready to commit the money right away. They gave me a payment schedule that fit my budget. They made sure to notify me when payments were due so that I could monitor how much I owed. I also received an automated reminder when it was time to renew my domain name, and when the renewal was complete I received an email stating that my site had been successfully renewed.
