I like that it allows for an easy way to track all of my orders, as well as customer service inquiries. It also gives me good insight into where we are at with each order so far in terms of processing time etc. The software is not very intuitive when compared to other similar programs out there (such as Shopify). If you're looking for something simple but effective this might be worth checking out - however if your needs go beyond what's offered here then look elsewhere! We use OMS to keep up-to date records about our customers' orders which helps us make sure they get their goods quickly without missing any details or being delayed by anything along those lines.
