Their website is difficult to use, and it is especially difficult to locate specific products. This problem is exacerbated by the fact that the products I was examining have inadequate descriptions. Furthermore, the quality of the customer assistance was quite poor. Calling them took forever, and when someone finally answered, they were rude and uninterested in helping me. In sum, I was disappointed by VOLISUN and felt like I had wasted my time and effort. Anyone looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable experience shopping for home improvements should not use this online business.
