Ivinta's online store had me so excited, but sadly, my experience didn't live up to my hopes. The furniture I got appeared to have been purchased from a discount store. Not the chic, contemporary vibe I was looking for, the pieces were covered in dings, scratches, and discoloration. And to cap it all off, delivery was a total failure. More harm than a weekend bender could do was done to the items when they finally arrived late. Emails and phone calls to customer support went unanswered for days at a time. When I returned the subpar goods, I was even required to pay a restocking charge. Ivinta's online store was a big letdown, I have to confess. You'd be better off buying somewhere else if you're looking for high-quality furniture and household goods as well as dependable customer service. Save your time and money, I promise; this business isn't worth it.
