First shipment was well packaged but had to return due to a manufacturing defect (extensions could not fit into main gate due to incorrect pre-made holes). Second shipment was not packaged well (see picture) and some zip ties were already broken off, so the parts were loose in a box too big. Besides that, we fortunately received a gate that wasn't damaged and installation was not too difficult. I am happy so far with the overall quality and look of the gate. Do note that it is a gate where you have to slightly lift up in order to swing it open. FYI, if you're missing the key to tighten the bolts (not super critical), the seller will not be able to send you a replacement as it's not an item they stock separately.
