Most effective way ever i've used and enjoyed working!!

It is very easy for our team in managing tickets, assigning them as well as tracking their progress from start till end with comments etc., I think it's one most user friendly product available out there which helps us manage ticketing system effectively & efficiently.

Nothing much to dislike about this tool so far but might have some minor bugs or glitches here n&there when we use certain features like creating new Tickets/Tasks/Comments alongwith attachments using email id instead of username (as mentioned below). We are solving all problems related to Ticket management at once such as:-1) Assigning TICKETS2) Managing PROGRESS3) Creating NEW TASKS4) Tracking PROGRESSION5) Commenting6) Attachments7) Sending emails8) Invoice9) Billable10) Time-Tracking11) Document Management12.
