Review on PowerSource by Darius Glatzel

Unfortunately, my PowerSource purchasing experience was horrible. To begin, it was challenging to find one's way around the website. Finding what I needed was a time-consuming process. Second, the product I ordered was not the one that arrived. After calling in, I waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. A representative was rude and unhelpful when I eventually reached them. They said I'd just have to "deal with it" instead of getting a refund or swap. The service I got from PowerSource's customer service representatives was appalling. No one should work for this firm, in my opinion.
