The product is easy to assemble. But when I noticed one part was not drilled correctly so the other part will be attached, I immediately contacted the seller and pointed out my concern. Immediately, they emailed me and they were very sorry but because the replacement of one part will take a month and will be coming from China, they said they will replace the product for free and I do not need to return the current one. They really care about the customers. You can never go wrong with this product and they will pay attention to your concern. Thank you guys!
