Review on XUKEY by Michael Kosack

Revainrating 2 out of 5

XUKEY is an online store that only talks and never actually does anything.

I loathe to be the one to break it to you, but XUKEY is a huge letdown. I am the type of person who enjoys doing their own do-it-yourself vehicle repairs, so I was thrilled to give this online store a shot. My interactions with them were, sadly, not at all what I had hoped for or expected. To begin, their website is a complete and utter disaster. It is disorganized and difficult to navigate, and the product descriptions are, at best, ambiguous. Before it was delivered, I had no clue what it was that I had actually ordered. When it finally did arrive, I discovered that the prices weren't nearly as low as they had appeared to be. The components were of poor quality and did not justify the cost that I incurred to purchase them. Already, I've had to replace them, which has resulted in additional effort and financial investment on my part. But the thing that really gets to me is the way they treat their customers. It's not even a possibility. I attempted to get in touch with them to ask some inquiries about my order, but I did not receive a response. There was no response, no one to assist, and nothing else. Overall, XUKEY is not something I would suggest to anyone else. There is a plethora of competition on the internet in the form of other online businesses that offer superior quality in terms of both their products and their customer service. Don't squander either your time or your money on dealing with this dissatisfying business.
