Our experience with 101 have been great! Their customer service is top notch, they are very knowledgeable about their products and services, and they do what they say they're going to do when you sign up. We had some issues at first setting everything up but after speaking with our Account Manager we were able to get all of it resolved quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for incorporation because there was no stress involved like other companies we tried before using 101. They helped us set things up so that once done, nothing could be changed without a lot of work or hassle (even if we wanted to change something ourselves). Everything from starting the process, to having documents printed right away, to having an account manager who got back to me almost immediately whenever we needed help.
