Review on ZEAK by Keith Montague

While ZEAK's website is simple to use, the company's support services leave something to be desired. The sales rep I spoke with was not particularly helpful when I asked a few inquiries about their winches and other towing products. They weren't interested in helping me find what I needed and didn't seem to know much about their own goods. Their collection of patio furnishings also left something to be desired. Although they focus on winches and other towing accessories, a broader variety of car parts would be welcome. Overall, ZEAK has promise, but the company could improve its performance by paying more attention to its customers and expanding its catalog.
