Review on Divwa by Richard Rob

I made my first online purchase of toys and games from Divwa not too long ago, and I have to admit that it was a huge letdown. The website was simple to use, however it offered a boring and uninspiring assortment of things. More originality and high quality would have been welcome. The toys and games I was given were cheaply made and didn't last long at all. It was disappointing because I had hoped to locate some new toys that my children would appreciate. Vehicles and stickers of poor quality and damaged shipping were also received. The checkout procedure was equally annoying. Unfortunately, I had a number of technical difficulties that resulted in delays, and their customer support personnel was of little assistance. When I did hear back from them, it was unsatisfactory and took a long time. In general, I did not enjoy shopping at Divwa's website. More options and higher quality goods were what I had hoped to find. Better customer service is something I would have loved as well. I'm not sure if I'll be returning to Divwa for any future purchases.
