Review on ACTIONUNION by John Love

I recently bought some protection equipment from ACTIONUNION for a strenuous outdoor activity, and I must admit, I wasn't impressed. Although their products may be of the highest caliber, I was dissatisfied with the poor quality of their customer service. I had several inquiries concerning the equipment I was considering, but the employees appeared uninterested and didn't provide me the thorough answers I was expecting for. In addition, the packing was broken and my item arrived later than anticipated, which made me question the quality control. Overall, despite ACTIONUNION's claims that they "live and breathe" the sports and outdoor lifestyle, I felt that my purchase wasn't worthwhile due to their poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.
