I like how easy it is to edit each template with all the fields filled out for you. You don't need to know alot about terms agreements or contract law. This makes these templates super helpful! If there was anything that I didn't like so far its not really something i would call a dislike but more an annoyance as this can be easily fixed if needed. It's hard working within google docs when they change their layout etc., which happens often. Sometimes the wording needs to be changed slightly since some words are different between US/UK English. But overall I do recommend this product because once you get used to using them, then editing becomes very quick. There aren't many products available on the market for creating legal documents online. So this has become my main priority in purchasing software products to help me create contracts quickly and efficiently without needing much knowledge of the subject matter.
