I like that you can use it as an email application with all of your contacts from different emails or just one account to keep things organized for everyone who is using this software. It has been very helpful when sending out mass messages/emails! You don't have access to any other applications while working inside zohomailbox so if there's something else needed at that time (like excel) then you would need another computer open which isn't ideal since sometimes people forget they're logged into their work mails. Keeps everything straightened up about our customer support team who receive tons of requests every day during peak times.
