Rainbow birthday decoration

This birthday decoration set contains a large number of decorations. 20 balloons, signs, heart banners, confetti banners, swirl charms and pom poms. quite a bit of time. I think it could have been done with a pre-loaded birthday banner and saved me some time. I love bright colors. I decided to tie all the bobbles together and hang them as one large bobble ball, but each bobble could be hung separately or stretched out as a birthday sign. All balloons had a shiny finish and appeared to be of good quality.
