it's a bag best in my review

The outside sleeve allows the bag to slide around on the handle of a suitcase - needs Velcro added to the middle of the sleeve for stability. Also wish it had a loop inside to hold a water bottle in place.

Pros

Great carryall, especially like the flat bottom and the way it folds up for easy storage or packing.

Cons

The zipper may get stuck
