My experience in the canine business prepared me well for the opportunity to shop at Koneseve's online store, which boasts fashionable items of superior quality for both dogs and their human companions. My experience, unfortunately, did not live up to the standards set forth in their purpose statement. The products they sell may have a fashionable appearance, but the quality leaves much to be desired. After just a few uses of the collar and leash set that I had purchased for my canine, the stitching began to unravel and the set was rendered useless. I also discovered that the material that was used was not as long-lasting as I had hoped it would be; after only a little bit of use, it already exhibited signs of wear and tear. In addition to the problems with the product's quality, I was disappointed in their customer support. It took them days to respond to me when I contacted them about the problems I was having with their products, and even when they did, their reaction was unhelpful and unsympathetic. In general, the online business that I shopped at with Koneseve did not live up to my expectations. Although their products may have a fashionable appearance, the quality they guarantee is not met by the products themselves. Before making a purchase from that retailer, I would advise any prospective clients to continue with extreme caution and think carefully about the alternatives available to them.
