Review on HOMEST by David Carter

My dealings with the HOMEST firm have been completely negative. As a working seamstress, I've utilized their supplies and services many times before, but I won't be doing so again. Their supposed one-stop-shop for all your sewing and creative supplies is a scam. Their products are of low quality, and their support staff is even worse. They sell virtually worthless sewing machines and replacement components, and the carrying cases and extras they offer are nothing more than knockoffs. They have a very poor and unresponsive customer service crew. I've tried contacting them several times to express my frustration, but thus far have heard nothing back from them. It's obvious that they value profit more than happy customers. As a result, if you're in the market for dependable, high-quality sewing supplies, I wouldn't suggest shopping at HOMEST. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a provider who values its clientele.
