My interaction with Dollger was not a positive one in my capacity as a customer. The interface of the online store is difficult to understand, which makes it challenging to traverse and locate the appropriate item. The garments were of poor quality, poorly manufactured, and did not match the website's description in any way. In addition to this, the delivery times were very long, and the customer service representatives were unhelpful. In order to keep their consumers, Dollger needs to enhance the quality of their products, the design of their website, and their customer service. This is one online business that you should absolutely stay away from.
