I like that the software is easy to use, the customer support is very helpful, and the software is very powerful. I dislike that the software is very expensive, and that the software is not available for Mac. I have used Computec for several years, and I have never had a problem with the software. I have used Computec for a variety of projects, and I am very happy with the results. The ability to track down problems without having it come up again within several days is awesome! I wish they could make this easier for our clients who have never used softlayre before but overall great product. Not much - very good service department with helpful people always available when you need them. Tracking information from orders received, quotes given and invoicing created/adjusted accordingly - saving money through better customer management.
