I like that it's easy to use and navigate, even as an entry level employee with no previous experience. There are also many features available to customize and enhance your system to fit your needs. The customer service is top notch. I dislike that there is not a lot of training offered by the company. Also, there aren't any other benefits or incentives offered to employees beyond their base salary. It is an excellent tool for businesses looking to keep track of all the data they need in one place. It allows us to easily communicate with customers and make sure we have all the necessary information when needed.
