Review on Haicable by Delos Rodeo

As a product manager, I discovered Haicable while searching for trustworthy vendors to supply our home renovation product line with power and hand tools. Their website made it seem like they had a wide variety of tools for reasonable rates, but I was ultimately let down by the quality of what I bought from them. The problems with the quality of the hand tools we got were immediately apparent. The tools were poorly made, and the components overall gave off a low-quality impression. Even the power tools were subpar, with multiple versions suffering from faulty wiring and shoddy construction. Haicable's customer service was useless and slow to respond when we asked for a refund or replacement. It took us weeks to finish the laborious process of returning the defective goods. My time spent with Haicable was generally tedious and annoying. Despite the fact that they offer a broad variety of products on their website, you should not trust them as a supplier for anything important.
