Review on BIERDORF by Joe Murphy

To begin with, I was dissatisfied with the small number of items available in each category. Although they claim to have a huge variety of toys and games, I could only find a handful of items in each sector. To make matters worse, the prices were higher than I expected for the restricted variety, and the website was difficult to browse; I had to repeatedly click back and forth between pages to find what I was searching for, and the search feature wasn't as effective as I had hoped. The customer service agent I spoke with was less than helpful when I contacted them with a query; she appeared upset that I had contacted them and provided me with a brief explanation that didn't really address my issue.. While I do admire BIERDORF's effort to give a wide assortment of toys and games, I was ultimately dissatisfied with my experience purchasing there due to the shop's restricted selection and confusing website. I'd suggest going elsewhere if you're in the market for some new playthings..
