Our friendly agents will answer your calls cheerfully, take messages as needed, route calls as instructed, book appointments, and answer questions based on the script given to us. All of our agents are native English speakers who will act as an in-house receptionist for the business owners. We help businesses increase customer satisfaction and revenue, and we are a fraction of the cost of an in-house full-time receptionist.

Great Customer Service and Very Helpful Program

The ability to have multiple people at one time answering phones, emails etc makes this program very helpful for my busy practice! There are many features I do not use but would like more options available as well - such as being able to add pictures of clients or staff members without having them saved already within their profile (this could be useful if your service has an option where you can "pin" images from social media). Excellent Customer Service and Great Products

Easy to set up; easy for clients or employees to use (no software, no hardware); great customer service team! We were able solve our needs with their products within hours of requesting support through chat/phone calls from an experienced engineer who was extremely helpful when we had questions - they truly do care about your success as much if not more than theirs!! I like how easy it was to use, very user friendly! The software helped me get organized with my calls so they were all grouped by day which made scheduling easier for myself as well as clients/customers who called into our office regarding an issue or question about their account. Sometimes there would be days when we had no incoming call but yet still got emails from customers asking questions etc..
