Process Runner has been great, especially for SAP integrations

The best thing about this software or its customer support team which I have never experienced before in any other tool was that they took their time understanding my requirements even after multiple rounds of conversations through email & video conferencing calls! And then when it came down to testing - no issues at all!! Would highly recommend process runner as an overall solution provider (SAP integration) if you are looking out solutions like ours where we need heavy customization options…

Pros
  • This is one product i've been working with for over 7 yrs now, since 2004 05 period; there's so much history involved here alongwith some very strong technical skills from SAP developers within IBM who had created most advanced processes/programs using these tools back during 2000s..and still continue today

Process Runner is an efficient and effective system for tracking tasks/projects

I like that it's easy enough so new employees can use this as well if they need assistance but also has many other features too such customization of icons or changing different fields depending upon what you want in your report etc - there are just way more things than we could ever imagine doing! There really isn't anything bad about process runner at least not right now!! It takes some learning time especially when using macros because those aren’t intuitively used by everyone yet however…
