The testo 206-pH2 pocket pH meter is a compact instrument for measuring acidity and alkalinity. Widely used in the food and cosmetic industry for quality control of products, as well as for the analysis of drinking water. Operating the pocket pH meter testo 206-pH2
A distinctive feature of this tester is the presence of a submersible tip for determining the pH level. Thanks to this, it is possible to take measurements in semi-solid and viscous bodies or products - meat, cheese, dairy products, bakery products, etc. The device is also equipped with a temperature sensor.
The pocket pH meter comes with two 250 ml containers containing buffer solutions of different acidity. They serve as standards for instrument calibration. At the same time, there is no need to replenish these bottles, because they are filled not with a liquid, but with a special gel. After using the device for a long time, it is enough to place its tip in the vessel that meets the required parameters and check the pH values.
Convenient interface
Measurement data is displayed on a compact LCD display. For convenience, control keys are placed on the front panel, just below the screen. In addition to turning the testo 206-pH2 on and off, they are used to switch between the displayed parameters (pH level or temperature) as well as manual calibration in order to obtain more accurate work results.
Transportation
The pH meter is supplied with a cover made of TopSafe branded material. It prevents contamination of the working parts of the device. This allows the tester to always remain sterile. For greater reliability and ease of transportation, an aluminum case is attached to the device. It can store all items of the set, including flasks with calibration gel.
