They were better than I expected. We ordered these for a teenager's birthday and everyone had fun with them. Following the advice of other reviewers, I attached a wooden stick to each support using a hot glue gun instead of the supplied glue. They have all held up very well. I displayed them at a party by setting them upright in a glass jar on a cutlery stand.

I guess my only complaint is that I didn't want to spend that much, but I couldn't find any 'old fashioned' or 'Gatsby' themes that looked good!
