Great Docking Station for Macbooks!

Based on my observations, this docking station is a great option for those looking for an affordable option .The Thunderbolt cable safely charges your computer while allowing for smooth video and audio transfer. The only downside is that it`s not compatible with non-Apple computers. Overall this is a great buy for those needing a cost-effective solution for their Apple computer needs..

Pros
  • Affordable price
Cons
  • Limited compatibility with Thunderbolt devices

Does not work with Apple M1 laptops

Attention buyers. This is a good enough hub for older MacBook Pros and Airs, but the MacBook M1 range doesn't natively support dual external displays and you'll need a DisplayLink-compatible hub to power two displays, which isn't the case. Even a single display was often grainy and had to be unplugged and plugged back in multiple times to function properly. If you have a new M1 laptop or are planning an upgrade, do not buy this docking station.

Pros
  • Connect 2 external displays to any host computer.
Cons
  • Big and clumsy
