Normal quality, you can use it.

Theoretically - an excellent ate, practically - they removed some of the advantages of the old mouse, instead giving only loud clanging optical switches that will probably live forever, but you don’t want to listen to them after a minute of use. Gamers in headphones will do, the rest is better to look at another model, the same G502 without X.

Pros
  • In comparison with the old G502, the shape has become more convenient due to the increased width of the case. A wire without a braid in reality turned out to be far from so bad. The sniper button can finally be removed. Most of the other advantages of the 502 have not gone away, and some have even increased: a bunch of customizable buttons, hyper scrolling, an excellent sensor, nice materials, good assembly - everything is in place.
Cons
  • The main drawback is the disgusting, loud, metallic clanging clicks of both main keys, especially the LMB. It's just awful. And even soldering them will not work, because the usual three-pin mics have turned into four-pin ones. For me personally, the new mouse is too light, and now there are no weights. As there is no RSL, which is more than strange.

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

Removed the weights and lights, but I have not used them before. The keys click louder and more pleasantly. The removable side key is not relevant to me, too far with my grip, I do not use it. The shape of the mouse and the size of the keys are slightly different from HERO, the brush got used to the new manipulator for a couple of days. I did not consider the wireless version because of the weight, and the wire never bothered me, it lies freely on the table. The mouse only works with G Hub, the

Pros
  • Significantly reduced weight (-32g.) compared to the Logitech G G502 HERO
Cons
  • I took it consciously to replace the G502 HERO, I don’t see any shortcomings for myself.

Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.

The time has come to replace your beloved, "legendary" as Logitech calls it, g502 with the ated g502x. I thought that the new mouse, which is more expensive than the old one, in a new design, with new technologies, is exactly the right replacement. But unfortunately this is not the case at all. I'm writing this review to warn nerds like me. The mouse has lost some of the advantages that the regular g502 had. Unfortunately. I bought g502x for 6500. The old g502 can be found for 4000, if not…

Pros
  • It is difficult to say about the merits in comparison with the previous version. If not looking back: * Nice material * Comfortable shape, anatomical. Became IMHO a little more comfortable to lie in the hand. * Programmable keys * Now it is possible to put a cap on the DPI change button under the thumb.
Cons
  • * She is very light. For some, this will be a plus. But it became light due to the fact that the metal wheel was replaced with a plastic one. And the plastic wheel makes its plastic sounds and feels much worse than metal. * Removed the ability to change the weights, so now there is no way to make the mouse lighter or heavier. For some, this may be a disadvantage. *Removed backlight. The usual g502 had it, and with the ability to synchronize with the backlight of the entire PC. Now only expensive g502x plus mice have backlighting. Keep this in mind. * The wire is now without a braid. * Removed DPI mode indication

I was surprised by the quality for the price.

Pros: Comfortable, the palm is larger than average. Fast page scrolling. The material is pleasant to the touch. Light too and + and -. For me in + that does not distract with its light effects. The location of additional buttons for the thumb is comfortable. Got cons: The only drawback, but significant in my opinion, is a simple rubber wire, not braided, I have been using it for more than 2 months, I'm afraid that with prolonged use in a twisted position, it will come to hell.

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

As a user of the old G502 for 2.5 years, I can say: someone will like it, someone will not. I like it. Some pros: 1. Hero 25k sensor, 25600 DPI, now also on the G502 Hero. 2. Optotech. switches - there will be no double click which can appear on the old G502. 3 (subjectively) weight and size, the Logitech G502X is more suitable for my large palm. 4. Curly rubber inserts on the sides were removed, they were replaced with others that are easier to clean. 5. New Teflon, virtually indestructible…

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

I have been sitting on the Logitech G9 mouse since 2022 - primarily because of the wheel with the hyperscroll mode. There are very few mice on the market with this mode. I took a G502 (not X) Lightspeed wireless mouse in 2022, but there the wheel was unbalanced, and it turned itself when it stopped. Returned. Here the wheel is balanced and works as I expected. Of the features - here the wire is only rubberized, without fabric protection on top, but this is both a minus and a plus - it is easier

Pros
  • Hand-friendly, DPI, hyper scroll wheel (infinite scroll mode), assignable buttons, including aim button, lightweight
Cons
  • The buttons are somewhat noisy and rattle, but, as I understand it, the reverse side of optomechanical switches. DPI mode backlight only works when toggled.
