Poor product good for scanner and supplies

This product was dead on arrival I spent over $200 on a computer consultant. I returned it but I can eat more than $200. Shop elsewhere folks. You don't want a headache.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Reliability

Enterprise Scanner for Office Electronics

Not too keen on the procedure for naming files and saving the target - maybe I didn't get how it was supposed to work, but I'm struggling with it. Otherwise a good scanner - fast, with excellent resolution and a sheet feeder that outperforms the sheet-fed flatbed scanner I've used before.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Negative Gift

Enterprise Scanner is the best among scanners and accessories

Not exactly thrilled with the way it handles naming files and saving the target - maybe I didn't understand how it was supposed to work, but I'm struggling with it. Otherwise a good scanner - fast, with excellent resolution and a sheet feeder that outperforms the sheet-fed flatbed scanner I've used before.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Unreliable

my thoughts on this product

I wish it was a little clearer translated to PDF. I have all the settings for the best scan quality and the transmission isn't as sharp as I expected. Stayed there for about 2 weeks. I find it too expensive compared to the price of a printer with a scanner. Yes, it scans much faster than a scanner for a cut-sheet printer, but it would be nice to get rid of the transfer in the same way as if you were printing a page on a printer.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Everything is great

actually better - 1 year and 3 weeks, and the second failed

Bought this scanner for use in a small office. HP8390 scanner owned and used for over 7-8 years - decent scanner - has scanned over 100,000 pages. Decided to replace it when the back side scan (for duplex scanning) turned gray. The HP8390 with scheduled maintenance was a real workhorse. Decided to buy an HP 7500 as a replacement - worked fine, even better - for 1 year and 3 weeks. Then it died. Others notice the drop in quality of HP products - they certainly look right! Avoid this scanner…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
