For the most part this product does work, my issue is that when you change the volume it changes which port it's on. So I'll be playing my PlayStation and if i turn the volume down or up, it will change the switch back to the chrome tv and i'll have to change it back to the PlayStation. I will say, it only does it for the switches that are 2 and 3. This looked like just what I needed for my home theater system. Needed 3 HDMI outputs for particulardevices because I used to have to swap cables between devices. It's very small and compact the only problem I have is I have a ruku altra and when I turn my volume down when the ruku controller is in direct contact with the hdmi switcher its switch to the 2nd hdmi port but it's probly just the controllers share a frequency but if I put my ruku controller behind my back or something like that whan I change volume it's fine but don't put eny thing in front of the hdmi switcher or it will not work but over all its worth it

Despite being annoyed that it does not come with the required batteries for the remote, it does work well. I am able to connect both an Walmart Fire Stick and and Apple TV device to the unit and they both switch and work perfectly.My TV does get confused sometimes on which unit is connected (my Sony recognizes what kind of device is connected) but after a few seconds it will figure it out.

I think others have complained about this too. The standby light is blindingly bright. I put a piece of duct tape over it and it made a huge difference but it’s still significantly brighter than the standby light on any of my other devices. I’m planning on putting a bunch of coats of paint over it in the hope this fixes the issue. Honestly the light is pointless for anything other than to let you know it is receiving power. There’s separate lights for the inputs when selected.

The product works well enough. The build quality of the switch box is pretty good. Not so much for the remote control but it does work. Not much else to say about it. Press a button on the remote control or the unit itself and you can change the input going to your TV. It's great for TVs with too few outputs for your needs. My first switch apparently had a broken input 2 slot, since my screen only showed a black screen when I tried to use that input. But I sent them an email and they had me a new switch in two days, shipped right from Walmart. It works just as expected. Good picture quality and switching function. The only thing I don’t love is the status lights are kind of bright but it’s not a big deal.

My setup at my desk is alright. It's not the best, but it's not the worst. I have this decent TV that I used to use as my main computer monitor when I first got my desktop, but after a few years, I decided to get an actual computer monitor. Now I had a dedicated monitor for my computer and a TV I could use for my console games, but also as a second monitor.
